Next Day Printed Tees (N.D.P.T.) is located in Chula Vista, California, approximately 8 miles from downtown San Diego. It is a fully self-contained printing operation. Occupying approximately 10,200 square feet, N.D.P.T. can receive preliminary designs by FAX or e-mail, scan them into the primary art computer and manipulate them to produce a screen ready design. The design can then be electronically returned to the customer for approval. Upon approval of the art over the phone, up to 100 dozen spirit towels can be printed for next day delivery.

The art department has state-of-the-art equipment including four computers used for art production with over 2,000,000 graphics on CD ROM and disk. All customer's art is converted to computer files for ease of retrieval and manipulation. The finished art is then printed out on one of three PostScript printers and sent to production for screen making.

On the printing and production side of the business, N.D.P.T. has a ten-color M&R Challenger automatic press, one Javelin six color automatic press, and four manual presses. For drying and curing of our inks, we have one M&R Sprint 28 ft. gas dryer and a small Ranar dryer for backup.

Our embroidery company, Southern California Embroidery Works <http://socalemb.com>, has three embroidery machines. One twelve head, one two head machine, and one six head machine. All machines are made by Barudan, a world leader in embroidery expertise.
